Rates do not include Maryland's Sales Tax and Room Tax of 10.5%. There is also a $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit for our 78th St. property and $500 refundable security deposit our 142nd St. property for each booking. Please ensure that you calculate the 10.5% Tax and security deposit into your total rental charges. 50% of the total of rent, taxes, and security deposit required with two signed contracts for booking. The balance is due 30 days prioy to your rental start date.

A non-refundable 50% deposit of total rent, security and taxes is due within 5 working days of the time you say you put the check in the mail. Along with that, you must include a two signed CONTRACTS which is included as part of this website for you to print out. The balance of 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to your move-in date or you forfeit your Rental slot and your holding/security deposit. If the Apartment is left in a clean and undamaged condition, and your group is not late vacating the premise by 10am Saturday, then your full holding/security/clean-up deposit will be returned no later than 45 days of the move-out date. If damage or additional cleaning is required, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $60.00 plus parts or materials on the actual costs to repair the damage.

NOTE: CHECK-IN IS 3PM SATURDAY, AND CHECK-OUT IS AT 10 AM THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY FOR ALL ROCKLIN HOUSE APARTMENTS.
