RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Your Security Deposit will be returned in full within forty-five (45) days following your departure date based on the following conditions: If the Unit is left in a clean and undamaged condition. Your group must vacate the Unit not later than 10:00 AM on Saturday. If damage occurs or additional cleaning is required, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $100.00 plus parts and materials required to repair the unit. If we are contacted by neighbors or police and we are required to come to the property for disorderly conduct or noise ordinance control, you will be charged an hourly rate for that time.
