If damage occurs or additional cleaning is required, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $100.00 plus parts and materials required to repair the unit. If we are contacted by neighbors or police and we are required to come to the property for disorderly conduct or noise ordinance control, you will be charged an hourly rate for that time.
